After waiting over 15 minutes for my call to be answered, the lady was giving me tone and attitude. My son cut his tongue and needs antibiotics right away. I was told the earliest they could see us was the next day at 1. I asked if she could ask the dr. if we could be seen earlier and she said no, that this was an appointment only facility and if it was that serious for me to take him elsewhere. Not the kind of customer service one would expect from a doctor!!!
