I have been a RN for 25 years and have been around a hundred better doctors than Dr. Kelly. As someone seeking a caring and knowledgeable physician I was terribly disappointed. I would absolutely NOT recommend Dr. Kelly. In my opinion, he is an arrogant doctor who made a lot of assumptions and personal judgements. He had a TERRIBLE bedside manner. His knowledge of rarer conditions seems to be quite limited. I quite honestly have never had a worse experience with a doctor than I had with Dr. Kelly.

Dr. Kelly and his team provided terrific care for my shoulder injury and subsequent surgery. I appreciated the professional care, both at the TCO Edina-Crosstown clinic and the Eagan surgical center. Dr. Kelly's assistant, Kaici, is a gift to the team as she responded promptly to my PT regarding treatment plans and provided a personal touch of encouragement in the healing process. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly.

I had both shoulders replaced and are amazed how well the whole process went. In all aspects Dr. Kelly and his team exceeded all expectations and my shoulders are back with full function and range of motion. Should have done it earlier... I highly recommend Dr. Kelly!!! p.s. I did follow all PT protocol religiously and would recommend you do the same for the best results possible.

I did not have to wait long at this facility to get a xray. However, never saw a physician, and the woman I did see never introduced herself as a PA or nurse. Was not impressed.

I want to express sincere thanks for the care I received from Dr. Kelly. The pain and limitations of my arthritic shoulder were discouraging and lessened the quality of my life. Although I was 93 at the time of my surgery, Dr.Kelly never let assumptions about my age guide his decision. He was respectful, never dismissive and always encouraging. I have had my new shoulder for a year and it has improved my life dramatically. I would also like to say that I was touched how his assistant Liz would remember me and treat me like a friend. I am so glad I chose him for my surgery!

Dr. Kelly competently diagnosed and repaired tears in my shoulder tendons. After a year, my shoulder is stronger than I can ever remember. So nice nice to no longer have any restrictions, lift whatever I want, and play tennis again. It also takes a team -- Lindsey and Kayla made up the rest of my caring team -- together, they made it happen, along with a great hospital experience at Fairview Ridges. Thank you!

Dr. Kelly is a physician who listens to his patients and will give honest answers. For a year prior to rotator cuff surgery as a joint decision, we tried injections, PT and limited use. Dr. Kelly forwarded me to plan on an easy surgery and the recovery to follow would not be a fun one. My thoughts "yup - sure". Dr. Kelly was spot on and I was shocked. Hands down Dr. Kelly is to be commended for his bedside manner, his positive, encouraging words, and honesty throughout the entire process. Hugs

My experience with Dr. Kelly and his team was excellent. Dr. Kelly was professional and explained all options and procedures. He was very clear with what to expect with regard to surgery, recovery and aftercare. I felt valued and listened to. He listened to my questions and concerns and answered them. At later appointments he would bring up what I had asked. I never felt rushed. Dr. Kelly always shared credit with his team.
