Horrible Doctor if you can even call him that
I saw him for shoulder pain and he didn’t even examine my shoulder or neck! Didn’t even have me try to lift my arms which is a part of a normal exam. He honestly checked out my knees more than he checked out my shoulder which is so confusing and makes zero sense… I don’t know how anyone could trust him to be a surgeon let alone give someone a shot. I wouldn’t trust him. He barely even looked at me during the exam too, had his nose in the tablet the whole time.

Horrible Doctor!!! RUN AWAY
3 hour plus wait He was confused and totally not in a rush when I finally saw him giving half fast answers to my questions and concerns. Had to go to another doctor bc my experience with Dr Mills was so bad

Saw him as a representative of workmen's comp. Filled out a 4 page medical history on my injury, all he could say it was not broken and has been less than 4 months can not expect it to be healed yet. Not a thorough exam at all. Did not compare or measure strength in injured hand. Did not seem to care. Office environment was clean but folding chairs and tables in reception area, and a chiropractic table in his off.
