This has been my cardiologist following a intensive valve aortic valve replacement surgery. When I go into Dr. Philbin’s office, he is never actually the one to examine me, touch where I had a surgery, or even listen to my heart. He is very hands off and stands in the corner with a smirk. He has never once put his hands on me but has been my cardiologist for multiple years. It is always a PA or an aid of some sort. It is disappointing and scary to me to know that my cardiologist has never even laid a finger on me and has not listen to my heart. It also makes me feel like a rush in the appointment. This is why I’ve given him a one star review, and will be switching doctors.
