No communication or compassion.
My consultation should have been a warning when he was late and left the room twice during my visit. Day of surgery I was left waiting 3 hours (21 hours of fasting, bad for a diabetic) when I was told it would likely be another hour before my procedure, at this point I left. Dr Romero never once spoke or visited me during the entire visit, nor post event.To add to the impact a friend was kind enough to volunteer to drive me to and from the appointment. He took a vacation day to help me and for nothing.
