Terrible expereince. The website directs you to fill out their online forms including a complete list of your medications. It then directs you to fax the form to their office and request an appointment. I had to go to postal annex and pay to have the 6 pages faxed. The office called to ask which doctor referred me. I told them my Doctor was Robert Norman (Stanford network). I was then told they really weren't not accepting new patients . I was directed to go to my Doctor and get a written referral. Only then, the Doctor would consider if he would accept me or not. Are you kidding me? #1 If the Doctor is not accepting new patients UPDATE your website. Why put people through all of the form filling and fax exercise. #2 I gave you the name of my Doctor but you want me to go through more hoops and get a written referral and then you might accept me or not? Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Dr Saub saved my vision. I have an atypical condition that has been misdiagnosed by four doctors. Dr. Saub spends much time with his eye exam as well as performing multiple tests to ensure that my condition is stable. He is meticulous and sincerely cares about the patient. He has created a treatment plan that has been very effective.
