Dr. Edward Sharrer, DPM

Went to him with a painful and swollen foot and ankle. He did an Ex-ray. Tried two wet casts, ankle boot, ankle brace. More swelling and pain. After over a month, finally he did a CT scan, found several fractures and chipped bone. Was shocked that I was able to walk on it. Orthopedic surgeon found that by this time, the bones had healed incorrectly and would have to be re-broken . Have not yet had it done due to other health problems. Not pleased at all, I told him over and over there was another problem going on.. He did not listen.

Highly recommend this podiatrist to others. I was recommended by my PCP to Dr. Sharrer due to pain in my right foot causing plantar fasciitis. Dr. took xrays and explained xrays to me that were easy to understand. Dr. gave me an injection in my heel area and this cured in me in one day. Dr. was very friendly and understanding. But staff was very distant. Staff was not friendly and did not introduce themselves by stating their position in office.

I have had a foot problem for some time and one evening it was bothering me a lot, I stopped by the office for the first time ever asked to see a doctor and Dr Sharrer saw me right away. After giving him some information on my problem I was given a injection in my foot and got relief almost right away. A very friendly Doctor and staff, seemed truly concerned about my problem and wanted to help ease my pain. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
