In my opinion he is greatly lacking in bed side manner. Lacks empathy or any compassion. When working with cancer patients at Roswell you should not have them feeling bullied, dreading to see the doctor and feeling insecure. Not a good experience at all in the last 3 years. Looking for a new cardiologist outside of Roswell since this is their ONLY cardiologist apparently.

Dr Spangenthal was very compassionate and explained everything to my husband and I step by step. We never felt rushed, even during covid when I couldn’t go in, the dr was kind enough to call and put me on speakerphone so I could stay on top of my husband’s progress. A great doctor! ??

I find Dr. Spangenthal very much a cold business man with a curt manner lacking in compassion. I dread appointments with him and am in search of another cardiologist

Extremely short visit under five minutes. Fairly authoritative tone in a negative way. Did not feel very comfortable or empowered asking questions related to my health since he seemed to be so authoritative.
