I am a retired RN from San Diego area and my experience was wonderful. He took the time to review all my labs and tests. He caught some things that I was suffering with for years and corrected it. I recommend this physician.

My mother recently had a stroke and I was given instructions by her hospital to schedule a visit with Dr. Alexander within 1-2 weeks. I call on a Friday around noon and get told that the staff is on lunch and that I will receive a call after lunch. I wait until 4PM before calling again and then I'm told that the office closes at noon on Friday and that they will give me a call back on Monday. I don't receive any call on Monday so I call on Tuesday and attempt to make an appointment. The young lady on the phone says that they will send me first patient forms via email and then we can get the process started. I receive no emails that day or the following day. Finally, I called today to verbalize my frustrations at this process and the receptionist tells me that the Doctor has been busy and that she doesn't even know if he's accepting new patients right now. I wish this was explained to me from the beginning and I didn't have to have my time wasted.

Dr. Alexander has been my doctor for 20 years and he and his staff helped me during a very difficult period in my life. He's a great doctor very professional and caring. He takes the time to review my medical conditions and answers all my questions, and that means a lot to me! May has always been very kind, helpful and professional. She a great person and she always takes good care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander to my family and friends.

Dr. Alexander is a fine physician and personable to a point. He is quick to prescribe medication and refer you to specialists. However a physician's practice is only as good as their staff - His office staff is completely incompetent from appointment scheduling, to billing, to not accepting responsibility for errors. Requests for return calls by office manager are ignored.

Dr. Alexander is a very caring, compassionate physician. He treats you like one of his own family member. I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and competent physician.
