Does not listen, does not attend concerns
Doctor turned my visit concerning yearly checkup and mental health concerns into a weightloss consultation. Did not complete plan as agreed and discussed, had to have second office visit to discuss the things that were never asked or given the chance to discuss, the following week... and he still made it all about my weight.. the doctor made me feel very uncomfortable and angry after completely dismissing my mental health concerns.

Very disappointed with my experience so far. Dr. Ed. is a nice man but does not look deeper into the medical problem. He just prescribed a medication that I cannot take with no alternative or a follow-up. I thought he was someone who thought outside the box but that has not been my experience. I felt like he just did not care. Office staff was friendly and efficient.

Dr. Byrd is an excellent physician. He went above and beyond in identifying an illness that resembled Covid-19. My wife and I are forever grateful to both him and his staff.

Poor bedside manner and doesn’t care about his patients. Treated as just another number. His nurse Danielle is a nightmare and very rude.
