Beware
Experience with this doctor bordered closely with negligence. 72 year old with past falls and noted balance issues was sent home immediately after knee surgery. Even after multiple protest from family members stating their lack of confidence to properly care for him, Ed ignored us. Surprise! Fell and ripped all ligaments around his knee and messed up knee replacement. In hospital recovering, family had to FIGHT for him to go to rehab facility. After required rest, sent to sub par physical therapy. 8 months later patient unstable enough, Dr let him know the risk of falling would be detrimental. Keep knee brace on! Miraculously, 2 visits later patient is all good in Dr. Kennedy’s opinion. This is not the case and patient continues to be a high fall risk. Dr. unwilling to prescribe more PT to aid in patient recovery. Not owning up to one’s mistakes and ensuring patients recovery is absurd. Beware of this doctor’s stubborn and arrogant way dealing w/non routine patients.

Dr. Kennedy is a great doctor. He really takes the time to explain everything to you from showing you your x-rays to your treatment options. He performed a total hip replacement on me and I was back up walking without a cane within 3 weeks. He's the best Orthopaedic surgeon I've found.

Dr. Kennedy is the best! The care and concern he has for his patients is far and beyond what one experiences with other doctors. He is truly an advocate for his patients! And, how many doctors gives you flowers after you've had joint replacement!
