Dr Mularczyk is the most caring Dr. she spends time she doesn’t rush

I have no problem with the doctor. A staff member called me for two days trying to reschedule my appointment for time. I was unable to do so because of prior comments. When my original scheduled appointment arrived, I was left on the phone for almost an hour. She did not respond to me until after I called the office to make sure they had no fogotten me. She said she could hear me but could not see me. Then further stated that she tried to give an earlier appointment. Because I have never had to wait that long for a telecom visit and her statement. It left feeling a was left on hold for an hour intentionally. Sad

This is how a doctor's office should run. The entire staff did their specific job with care and professionalism. Dr. Krzak-Mularczyk alleviated all my concerns regarding my current situation. She relieved my anxiety and made me feel secure in the healthcare plan she initiated for me going forward.. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Krzak-Mularczyk and her staff.

I’ve been seeing Dr Mularczyk for 1 year. Unfortunately I changed job hence had a new Insurance provider that will not sponsor her services since as HR puts it “she is the competition”. During the time I was her patient, I can say she is the best provider I had in my life. Very attentive, takes notes, and summarizes the discussion and plan. She makes sure that you are part of the care and values your input. Excellent bedside manners. Really cares for patients and is very compassionate. Very thorough in her assessments. I was very impressed with Dr Mularczyk that I looked into purchasing private insurance to continue seeing her, however at this time the cost is too overwhelming. Top notch provider with positive and ver profesional staff. It is indeed a spectacular team. Recommended.

Dr. Mularczyk is the best doctor ever. Been seeing her for quite a few years now. Always attentive and caring. If I have a medical issue, small or big, she sees me the same day of my appointment. Highly recommend her.

I’m happy with Dr. Mularczyk. All the time, I Visit her, she is very attentive to hear my concerns. She has ordered the right medical tests and prescribed medication if I need it. I think Dr. Mularczyk is smart, professional, and honest. I will keep her as my family Dr for the time I need.

Dr . Mularczyk was my primary care doctor. I cancelled 2 appointments in the past few months but needed a refill on a detrimental medicine that can not be stopped suddenly. I understand a doctor's practice of not filling a prescription if you haven't been seen for three months. I only needed 5 days of this medicine and had an appt. to see her on the fifth day. She REFUSED to grant me the few days prescription for 5 days for this medicine to tide me over until my appointment! I can't believe this was my doctor. Very inflexible and uncaring toward her patients. She is NOT a physician I would recommend.

Would definitely recommend Dr. Mularczyk. Always concerned and listens and answers questions. Great with diagnosis or recommendations.

Don’t go to her if you are on any type of medication that is under the new law in FL. She is not willing to prescribe anything, even if you’ve been on it for years. She will charge you and run you in circles and then charge you some more while lying to you about what the reason is. She will refer you to “specialists” who waste your time and money as well. A “fake” doctor out for your money.

I have been seeing Dr Mularczyk for over a year now. She listens and explains the options, solutions or tests needed to move forward. I can honestly say, I leave knowing exactly her plan and my role to my health. I love her approach of business first and the staff is well organized and friendly.

She is very patient and is a good listener. She really helped me in a time of need. She seems to really care and follows through with any concerns or requests. Would recommend her for your Primary care provider.

She is a very good Dr but her office staff is awful! Rude, not at all helpful, and if you need a referral, good luck. Michelle, who is very rude, is the only one who can do them and she is either not available, forgets, or just doesn't care. Office policy is 7 days regardless of the need for faster service. Have had to cancel 2 appointments because she didn't get the referral sent over in time--6 days one time, 8 days another, after Dr approval!
