She ignored the symptoms described and denied a procedure specifically suggested by a neurologist. Despite the symptoms clearly being the after effects of a surgery, she called it a "headache" and did nothing. She did not read the patient chart. She was clearly rushing us out. Absolutely terrible experience.

I came in with a dental issue to Carle ER. She labeled me as a self mutilator because I have a mental disorder call OCD that caused me to pick the dead rotting tissue out of my abscessed misdiagnosed gum tissue. The Oral surgery department refused to see me while I was in the ER, this DR did not advise me my CT showed an abscess or the possibility I may have a malignant mass. She informed me I was fired as a patient and needed to find a new one in three days. But no one will see me because of the bad mouthing Carle Hospital has done about my mental illness. To this day, two moths later no one has informed me of my CT results, that I shockingly read alone in tears. Never go to Carle Oral Surgery Department, they do not care about you if you cannot pay or you have a mental illness.

She was rude& would not listen to us regarding our child's care. We went in for croup and she refused to treat him unless we submitted him to an X-ray. She wouldn't even consider less expensive or invasive treatment options. (Our son has a condition in which he gets Many X-rays so we try to eliminate Any not absolutely necessary). She was combative and condescending to me, lording her 7 years of medical school over me when I questioned her call. After X-ray, she diagnosed him with croup.
