Doesn’t listen to patient
This review is way overdue, but my experience with Dr. Cravens was so horrible that it deserves to be told even 20 some years later. I was losing weight like crazy and having regular bouts of vomiting and diarrhea. She did an endoscopy and told me everything was fine and it was all in my head. She wanted to prescribe an antidepressant! I told her I suspected it was my gall bladder and could she check it please. She refused to “order an unnecessary test.” I was wasting away and it was another doctor who eventually referred me to Dr. Rofail who promptly ordered a scan of my gall bladder and determined that it was barely working. Now I have no gall bladder and feel amazing. But I will never forget how awful Dr. Cravens made me feel.
