We have moved since being established with her and have no problem driving the over 1 hour drive to see her. She cares, she listens and is extremely helpful with allowing you to discuss the options fully and talk it through. When having two kids seeing her, she is amazing in allowing us to double book one slot as long as it’s not a well child visit. She even helped me get the much needed therapy after I got hit with sever PPD after having my son

First appointment with her and she gave us a warm welcome. She answered all the questions I had during my daughter’s six months check in, which made me feel at ease.

Dr. Peterson is exceptional and I would highly recommend her. The level of compassion and thoroughness she gave my child was stellar. My daughter has significant developmental delays and the workup, care, and coordination of needed therapies that Dr. Peterson oversaw, really made the difference in early intervention. There are ongoing concerns for autism and Dr. Peterson continues to go above and beyond in making sure my child gets the resources and help available in our local community. Dr. Peterson is a caring doctor. I am so grateful she is my daughter's pediatrician!

If you make an urgent same hour appointment for your sick infant and live 45 minutes away don't show up 10 minutes late she won't give your infant a full appointment. Even though I've never been seen within 10 minutes of my appointment at kaiser in my life, I guess they can be as late as they want but don't you dare. Or your infant won't get care.

Dr. Elaine Peterson is a Pediatrician at this location and she has caused undue stress and trauma to my 3-month-old, all from a rash on her arm that she misdiagnosed as a bruise, without listening to me, the mother. She called CPS and accused me of abusing my child. Since then, my child has been put through the wringer and had test after test performed on her causing unnecessary physical and psychological trauma. These extensive and excessive tests included full skeletal X-rays, Cat Scans, and vials and vials of blood. All of which came back normal and negative from any abnormalities. Since this Doctor saw my child less than a week ago, we have seen multiple other doctors and numerous medical professionals, all of who have come to the same conclusion: Atopic Dermatitis (aka. A Rash). If you want a Doctor you can trust and someone who will not traumatize your child, go to literally any other doctor.

Dr. Peterson is a wonderful Physician. She was friendly and answered all my questions about my child. I would highly recommend her.
