WILL ASSIST COWORKER WHO CRIES WOLF TO DHS!
I have went to Castor Pediatrics since I WAS A CHILD and decided to take my children there as well- all since babies. Never once had a problem. Normal staff knows me, knows my children. Great relationships! First time I have ever met this woman was AFTER her coworker DEB STONE (who also JUST MET MY CHILD THAT DAY, NEVER SEEN OUR FILES OR WHO WE ARE BEFORE!!!) decided that I was “abusing my child” AFTER DEB CAME IN FLIP FLOPPING INFORMATION AS WELL. Came in with a cocky and negative, dismissive demeanor! My child- WHO IS HAPPY AND HEALTHY BTW- was subjected to unnecessary x rays and labs! DO NOT TAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER OR DEB! DEMAND SOMEONE ELSE! YOU’RE PLAYING A DANGEROUS GAME IF YOU DO!

I’ve been taking my children to Dr. Elana McDonald for quite a few years now, because my oldest child is now 23 years old & we absolutely love Dr. McDonald. I couldn’t see myself taking my children anywhere else. But the 1 down fall with her office is that I can’t never get through the first time I call there. I gotta keep trying & trying & trying again & when I leave a voice message half the time nobody returns my call, so I go in person up to the counter to make an appointment for my child’s annual check-up.

I have been with dr. Mcdonald for 13 years and I love her and her staff. Her new office is very clean and they are always very nice. The only problem is the office manager! Denis could on! She is very rude had a attitude and not friendly at all!! If it wasn't for dr.mcdoland and her wonder staff of girls I would have taken my children some where else due to Denis and her attitude and rudeness
