My experience with Doctor Arroyo was excellent, treated me with respect and professionalism. In my case i felt that she cared for me first and the medical plan second. Great listener and knowledgeable of my medical needs.

My experience with Dr. Elba Arroyo is one of the worst experiences that I had in my live with my mother. She’s 79 years old and thanks to the incompetent Dra Arroyo, she had to go to the ER letting hospitalized twice for days in less than 2 months to the point of dying due to the negligence of this Dra Elba Arroyo. I do not recommend it to ANYONE. Measures are already being taken due to the bad practice of this Dra. I do not recommend her to anyone. (I had to leave a star to made my review. But don’t deserve any star)

Never got to see her after a 2 month wait was cancelled because I had Medicare. I would leave no star but this site requires it.
