Annual Exam
Dr.Bills has always been attentive and gentle with his approach. I have been coming to this practice for 9years now and have seen 2 other MD’s here (both are no longer here). I have seen Dr. Bills several times and he is always pleasant and willing to answer questions.

I’ve been Dr. Bill’s patient for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable, reasonable and doesn’t take advantage of patients by recommending unnecessary procedures.

Blanket Consent to Blood Transfusion Required
After being a patient for many years, I got a call from the office, a few days before an appointment that had been scheduled for months. I was told that I would have to give a blanket consent to a blood transfusion, in case of an emergency. I said that I need to think about it. I was told to call back before my appointment, which I did. When I called back, I told them that I will NOT consent to it, but they told me to come in for my appointment and talk to Bills about it (instructions provided to the staff by Bills), so I did. There is no talking about it; it is a requirement of Bills. I should have been told this over the phone, but he so inconsiderately had me to come in, wasting my time. I would never recommend Bills or any office that would require a forced blanket consent for a procedure that should be considered on a case-by-case basis. It really shows that Bills has a dunk-the-herd mentality and puts his self-interests over any of his patient's welfare or situation.

Professional and Knowledgeable
I switched to Dr. Bills for a second opinion after the Wellstar-United debacle during the pandemic. I have been incredibly pleased. Sure, he can be a bit socially mechanical, but everyone is different and I appreciate that he keeps it professional and kind. He answers all my questions, takes every concern seriously and puts me at ease. There’s nothing I’ve asked him about that I didn’t feel heard or believed. After my second opinion on my fibroids, I decided to stay with them and don’t mind the drive. I’m grateful for him and his staff and will be continuing to trust them.

Surgery consult - amazed
Not sure why the poor reviews, but I have not stopped bragging about this doctor and location in Alpharetta since I had my visit. He did a hysterectomy consultation along with a vaginal ultrasound of my uterus and ovaries. Explained my options thoroughly and addressed my galactorhhea issue with kindness. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and wealth of knowledge. He also did not want to do anything unnecessary since I am still relatively young, but was willing to listen and provide me with an option that I feel will work for me to relieve my pain issues.

Great doctor!!!
Took so much time with me to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Best gyno I’ve ever had so I’m shocked to see his reviews aren’t better. He is a great, knowledgeable, and caring man.

Great experience!
I saw Dr. Bills after I had gone to another gynecologist who had misinformed me that I needed a noninvasive surgery that would require anesthesia. He is clearly very experienced and won't do anything unnecessary. Overall, his office and staff were all great!!!

Kicked out of office
I was in an extreme amount of pain a couple days after i was discharged from the ER from an ovarian cyst, during the appointment i was still experiencing this pain. The doctor walked in and said with a rude tone that the pain i was experiencing was not adequate to the size of the cyst. Feeling like i was being told i was overreacting, I responded with, “if one more doctor tells me im not suppose to feel this pain, im going to lose my mind.” He proceeded to kick me out. What i said was not threatening or violent in any way. It was in a pleading tone, not a threatening tone. I wanted someone to help me with the pain desperately. I fear for his future patients who have painful health problems, i later found out from my ultrasounds that my cyst grew a centimeter in size, and was the average size of a severly painful cyst. He was unprofessional, condescending, and downright cruel. I could barely walk out of the office from the pain I was experiencing.

Dr. Bills refused to treat our daughter after she questioned him about the amount of pain she was in. Even the staff apologized about her treatment.

I was scheduled for surgery for MenoHemorrhage on the 29th. Today his office called and cancelled my appointment. This is after his office staff set my first appointment with someone who couldn’t do my surgery even though they knew that was why I needed the appointment($120 gone). I won’t be using them for my surgery. I just hope I won’t be having emergency surgery before I can find another doctor.

The practice I visit wants you to meet with all the doctors in case your doctor isn't available during labor and delivery. I've never experienced an in person interaction with Dr Bills because I canceled my appointment prior to meeting him. My experience was through the online patient portal. I directed a question towards my doctor but received a response from him that was very rude and unemphatic towards a pregnant woman (whom he works with daily). I decided to leave the practice altogether, especially if there is any chance this man could potentially deliver my baby. My intuition screamed don't even bother because it's clear this mans energy is terrible and he truly doesn't care bout his patients.

Came highly recommended but I am not sure why. He made it uncomfortable to ask questions because of his condescending replies. His behavior at my appointments became super bizarre. If I even pronounced a medical term wrong, he would cut me off and correct me. I started dreading going to my OB appointments. Maybe my 5th appointment, I had enough and left his practice. My new one is great, understanding, never condescending, and empowering to women! Very glad I switched. **2 stars were for clean office, pleasant front staff, appointments were always on time.

This is unfortunate and extremely unsafe. Dr. Bill use one of the metal probes without putting on one of those protective covering on it, during my exam. In addition, they ask if something were to go wrong in the unlikely case of the delivery they would do a blood transfusion in which, I did not want and turned down. He became angry and abrupt with me and maybe that is why he did what he did. Maybe that's why he was so negligent. Worse personality and bedside manners ever.

I started out liking him, but now that I'm at the end of my pregnancy my opinion of him has done a 180! The past several appointments I've had, he rushes in and rushes out. He seems irritated when you ask questions and makes me feel like he's just there to "check the box." I get that he does this day in and day out, but this is a new experience for me. His bed side manner could definitely use some polishing. I'll be requesting to see the other docs in the practice for my remaining apts.

Dr. Elbridge prescribed medication without doing any sort of tests. He was supposed to perform an ultrasound and a blood test to check my pcos issue and my hormone levels. Instead he just prescribed me medication because a delivery came up for him. He could have rescheduled my appointment but chose not to. He did not do any sort of treatment and i had to wait 20 days for an appointment where they didnt check anything.
