Dr. Elden Iverson, MD

Dr Iverson reviewed a CT scan that was meant to measure calcium buildup in my heart and arteries. He did that, and my results were great. Not a lot of build up, and no real concerns.He ALSO noticed a tumor on my thymus and called it out in his impressions notes.Long story short. I recently had my thymus removed, and the tumor was indeed cancerous.The fact that it was caught so early gives me a much better prognosis, and for that I am thankful. If not Dr. Iverson making note of this it would have gone unnoticed until it actually started causing physical issues.I see this as going above and beyond, and potentially saving me from a grim outcome had it continued to go unnoticed and spread...
