August was my first time seeing Dr. Tennyson. It was an annual visit as well as establishing care. I sat in the exam room for over 30 minutes. When she finally came in my appointment was rushed and when I told her about a concern of mine she asked could I schedule another appointment because she had patients. She addressed it but told me that she couldn't assess any other concern because she had other patients. Today makes THREE weeks that I have NOT received my lab results or any correspondence from her office. I've called several times and even emailed her through the portal...NOTHING! I sincerely hope that I have nothing alarming going on as it seems she may prefer expiring her patients versus caring for them. I will NEVER return to this doctor. This is truly ridiculous.

Not happy with my experience. I have called several times and still haven't gotten my lab results from my annual physical and it is going on three weeks. I was told three times that Dr. Tennyson would call me with my results and still no call. Her assist was rude and reminded me that I had already called requesting my results. Well they have already taken my money and my blood so why can't I get my results. I won't go back to Dr. Tennyson or Memorial Hermann. I heard bad things about the hospital but only after I had already made my appointment there. Will not return - nor should you.

I had a great doctor from Kingwood, but I changed jobs so I had to change insurance. I looked online and found Dr. Tennyson. She is a very good doctor, she listen, she research and more to help figures out the problem.She took her time with me and referred me to other doctors to get a better understanding of the problems. I will continues to go to her as long as I am in Houston.

A doctor that is more concerned about her co-pay than her patients. Expect for you to know your on side effect to a medication that she perscribe. Is not willing to talk to you unless you make a co-payment, even if you have had a reation or side effect to a medication that was perscribe by her. Would have gotten no stars but, the 1 star was the only minumum option.
