Dr. Elena Bezoff, DO

My mother had an appt with the doctor and I called the office prior and asked if they can fax or email the new patient form to help my mom fill it out (her english is not that great). One of the staff memebers explained to me that they don't do that, because its HIPPA regulations. My question is: How is it HIPPA regulations if she is sending blank form?I think she was just to lazy to do it.I also asked maybe someone in the office will be able to help her. Her answer was no. Bad costumer service.

Dr Bezoff herself called to discuss Holter monito test results, spent her time in explaining and future actions. During the visit, we never had a filling that Dr Bezoff is rushing. The initial treatment that Dr Bezoff provided, gave us immediate improvement.

Let's start from the fact that she is the greatest professional in her field, extremely attentive, asks you a lot of questions and explains with every possible details. She does not rush you at all and devotes a lot of time to you. Accompanied a friend during her visit to dr. Bezoff. Surprisingly appointment was held on time. Friend of mine said it was the best cardiologist ever: very professional and attentive to details. Suggested by other cardiologist surgery was not necessary, Dr. Bezoff has a great knowledge to treat my friend’s problem without it.
