My appointment was cancelled the day of for not providing an insurance card. I provided my coverage number, as my insurance is new(ish) and I have not yet received a card. I confirmed with my insurance no one at their office had reached out to confirm my coverage, and the receptionist would take nothing less than the card itself. Insurance is not a prerequisite for medical care...

I called yesterday to ask when my appointment was as I had made my appointment nearly a month ago and explained to the receptionist that I was driving and wouldn’t be able to write it down, they said I would receive a reminder call and to not worry. When I didn’t receive one I called to ask for my appointment time and it went to voicemail saying someone would call me back within 30 minutes, no one called me back. I called just now, this morning the day of my appointment to be told that my appoin

I HAD A PLEASANT VISIT AT DR.CHETVER'S OFFICE. I WAS A NEW PATIENT TO THE OFFICE. I WAS SEEN WITHIN 20 MINUTES. FRIENDLY STAFF,HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.

I would give this place a 0 if that was possible. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was extremely curt and unprofessional going as far as to hung up on me. When I called back, I was directed to a voicemail message with instructions on how to schedule an appt online...which I did. A few hours later, I received and email saying that my appointment was cancelled by the hospital with ZERO explanations as to why. I have called the hospital SEVERAL times and no one picks up
