Telehealth
Dr Gilman is a very thoughtful and kind doctor. They only allow her a certain amount of time for each patient after your first. Appt. However if you need more time, she does her best to accommodate you. As to medicine, I saw a review which did not sound like Dr. Gilman at all. She looked at my other medicines and explained any regular side effects which could occur. When I told her a certain side effect would make things worse for me, she tried another medication which worked for me. Sometimes I've been in a really bad mood, but she coaxed me to talk about things anyway and always had a suggestion for me. For the way things are today, she is handles it, or navigates the system very well. I am very satisfied with her as my doctor. I have had Much worse experiences in the past.

Not personalized or explanatory
Unfortunately she doesn’t explain anything about medicines she prescribes… she’s just prescribing right and left without considering the side effects that I spoke to her about that I cannot handle. Not sure she takes anything into consideration
