Compassionate and kind
Dr.Statosta always meets me with a smile and asks how I am doing. She is very easy to talk to and I look actually forward to seeing her on days I have an appointment! Super recommend her!

I do not know why so many bad reviews. Dr.Starosta is my family doctor, we have multiple people that come to her for years. She is reliable, honest and professional. Her medical knowledge is up-to-date, and she explains issues with facts and sciences. Her office staff are usually courteous and respectful. I am very happy with her services.

Dr. Starosta is very compassionate, caring, patient, and really cares about helping you become the best you. She reviews the documentation about your health issues prior to your visit and is prepared to listen to you. She never rushes you during your appointment. Dr. Starosta is great with teens and young adults and knows how to communicate with them to help empower them to take charge of their own health. She is very knowledgeable. Office staff is very friendly

I cannot express how happy I am to have finally found such a caring, compassionate doctor. Her professionalism and ease of conversation make each and every office visit a pleasure. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I certainly would!

i have been goiing to Dr Elena Starosta for a few months she is down to earth very upfront i would highly recommend her to a family member the office staff is profesional and down to earth the office is clean and well maintened

Wait time excessive. Major problem is that you cannot get hold of her if you have a problem. Front desk probably does not convey message to her.

The worse doctor ever. My mom wait at least 2.5 he every time when she needs to go.

without question the worst doctors office I've ever been to. I arrived early, filled out paperwork promptly- the front desk spent 18 min (yes I counted) blabbing to eachother in Russian before even completing my paperwork. I then saw the nurse upstairs (she was great)- however I told her I need to leave by a certain time to make it to work and the message was either not relayed or dismissed. I spent almost 80 minutes waiting- and ended up leaving without my appointment. What a mess office.
