The doctor made me feel really comfortable and explained everything clearly that was going on with my eye. She was very knowledgeable and removed the cyst smoothly. The post operation care and advice was spot on and I recovered quickly without any issues.

Dr Eleni Konstantinou has excellent bedside manner, she took the time to listen and answered all the questions. She provided exceptional care to my mother, administered intravitreal injection without complications. Great retina specialist.

What stood out in my visit with Dr. Konstantinou is her compassion, kindness, attentiveness andher follow up with any problem I had. She took care of it instantly. She is a doctor as I knew doctors to be when I was growing up. I am 84 and no Doctor treated me with such care and follow up since I was a young boy.

I was examined by Dr. K at the Brooklyn office! Great facility, friendly staff, latest technology, exceptional doctor. She was thorough, patient and kind. Felt respected. I strongly recommend her!

I was scared to go to the ophthalmologist, and at my initial appointment, Dr. Konstantinou held my hand and supported me through all of the tests. She was patient, thorough and kind. My follow-up today was equally as fantastic. Dr. Konstantinou is exceptional. I’m grateful to have her as my physician.

I presented with a very rare reaction from a medication resulting in a retinal fluid issue. Dr. Konstantinou followed me through 4 months of treatment with resulting success. She followed up on all emails quickly, consulted with my other involved doctor and checked up on me often. She is extremely knowledgable, patient with her explanations and very kind. I saw Dr Konstantinou on multiple occasion, initially on an urgent basis for an acute ocular emergency. I have the highest respect for her clinical skills and her attentive care. As a fellow physician I I appreciate her thoughtful approach and have referred many others to her. New York is lucky to have her.

Smart, efficient, and caring physician. Diagnosed my condition when no one else could. Highly recommended.

She appeared to not be present and seemed busy and was messaging someone the whole time - I believe it was work related. However, we were interrupted by the chat the whole time and she quickly responded to the chat notification right away instead of focusing on me. This led to me having to repeat everything I said again and again as she didn't hear anything I said the first and second time. Everything she said feel scripted, getting it done, and didn't really care if the patient understood it or not. The overall wait with eye exam was over 2 hours. Check in staff was not friendly at all but the check out staff was super lovely. I don't think i'll be returning to this office.

Rushed, impatient, annoyed with questions. Would not see her again.
