Please go anywhere else this guy is not going to help. They only want to charge insurance over and over.

Terrible. I was referred by my primary doctor, I made an appointment, which it was 10 days later from my call. I arrived to the dr Eli Ayoub office in Lynwood 30 minutes before the appointment. They have me an appointment at 1:30pm and their office hours are after 2pm. Ok, I wait outside of the building and I schedule my day to this appointment. Then it was 2pm and I called and they told me that they don’t have appointments at 1:30 and the doctor is not there on Tuesday and they want to give me an appointment for one month later!!! Terrible staff service. I’m sorry for the doctor, even if he is the best, the staff and the people that is taking care of his schedule can do a mess.

Awesome lil wait but he’s great he removed 40 polyps my nose First met said need b removed I’m much better after short few days I’m 70 was nervous glad over feel new again

Dr Ayoub is a very caring and consciences doctor.

Not sure why there are so many reviews, sure there was a long wait and the waiting room was packed, but I guess that means he’s a great doctor. I made an appointment to due to difficulty swallowing. I went to another doctor who told me I simply had GERD and gave me some anti acids. After weeks with no changes, I finally saw another doctor who referred me to Dr. Ayoub. He was very helpful and examined me briefly. He was able to diagnose me, and although the visit was quick, it resolved my issue.

I've been suffering from vertigo for 2 weeks. I was scheduled for 12:10 because he probably schedules 6 appointments in an hour. He didn't ask me much & based on a few responses to his questions he said I have bvpp. He told me to do a few exercises but did not send me home with a pamphlet on how to perform theses maneuvers or information about my condition. As a patient I want to feel heard. I didnt feel an in depth intake or assessment was performed. I felt like he just wanted me out fast!

I have nothing but wonderful praises for Dr.Ayoub and his Office Staff. From the minute I walked in the door they greeted me with kindness and they made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Ayoub is so caring and professional. He has 40 years ENT experience. He took care of my severe nose bleed issue. Saw the spot inside of my nose that was causing the bleeding and with no pain cauterized my nose within minutes. He even found some wax in my ear i never knew i had. I look forward to my follow up appts.

I have read the negative reviews. The office staff was reasonably friendly to me, although i no longer consider smiles and small talk an important part of my office visit. The office is old, there is no AC. I have HMO insurance and many offices are like this. Dr. Ayoub is an older gentleman, and he does not say too much or smile alot, but I did not find him unfriendly or uncaring. With that said, the doc did do an excellent job removing a cyst from my ear lobe, which is the most important thing.

This office is bad. Lobby overcrowded, dirty floor, bare walls, no TV, no AIR CONDITIONING, and receptionist is rude and SLOW. Everyone in lobby looked miserable. Doctor books 1 patient every 10 minutes as listed on the sign in sheet. Waited 2 1/2 hours in the heat and then was finally taken in. Vitals were not checked! Didn't even weigh me. Exam chair was 40 years old at least and all equipment was old. Dr spent 2 minutes talking to me and was out the door. horrible experience.

I took 2 developmentally delayed patients to this doctor. I am the RN consultant for the community home where they live. The facility manager was with me as well as one of the direct service providers. He was so rude to all of us. He was impatient with my patients and told me he would not be taking visits from this type of population again. None of his office staff smile or spoke unless necessary. What a horrible experience, a horrible doctor and a sad office.

SAVE YOURSELF! GO ELSEWHERE!! I found SHAMEFUL office conditions after waiting a month to get in. Dirty floors and furniture. Everything was falling apart. I have zero trust in the doctor. He had no bedside manner and his staff was horribly unkind and uncompassionate. I wouldn't take an animal there and certainly not myself or one of my children. Never, EVER going back. Packed waiting room with patients being sent away even though they had appointments. I left in tears.

Warning! Upsetting staff service. Had a tonsillectomy scheduled for son. When i get to the hospital early in morning the admissions office tells me Dr. Did not turn in authorization form to schedule surgery. My 3 year old was fasting due to surgery and for what? I was up sleep deprive after 15hr work schedule to take son to surgery. I used all my holiday sick days for this and cant get them back. I dont have another shot to get time off to take my son! Tried all day calling staff no answer.

He seems like and OK/Good doctor, However he does not spend much time with you, AND THE PLACE IS ALWAYS OVERBOOKED!!!! THE STAFF SUCKS!!! THE WAITING ROOM IS DIRTY, HOT AND THE WAIT TIME IS OFTEN AND HOUR OR MORE!!!!!

Good luck trying to get through. Been calling for 2 days with no luck. My call was answered once, put on hold for 5 min then got disconnected. Horrible office service.

Needs ALL NEW STAFF, HIS MANAGER IS HORRIBLE.

He is a family oriented DR. Friendly generous. Humble, Professional
