I recently had the gastric sleeve surgery on Feb. 27 2018. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. Thank you Dr. Chousleb. Your staff from the surgery coordinator, Nurse Practitioner, and all the nurses at Jackson North, made my procedure smooth sailing.

I have had an amazing experience.Dr.chousleb perform my gastric sleeve.I was nervous at first however Mr chousleb explain in details and made me feel at ease and comfortable.His staff are so wonderful and welcoming ladies,especially kristian his assistant. Overall he is the best I highly recommend anyone to go to him.I have referred a couple of friends and family.

Dr Chousleb did my gastro sleeve surgery, I was super nervous but his bedside manners and professionalism was everything every patient need. KRISTEN his assistant is like an angel in earth, always going out of her way to help you with insurance authorization and all those crazy paper work, always with a big smile and positive attitude. I can't thank her enough. When you are a good surgeon with good staff that makes you an EXCELLENT Doctor. Thank You again. Judith M.
