Wait time is barely 5 minutes. Dr. Tzelepis is very thorough and always makes sure you understand any medication changes. No problem setting up appointments for my next 3 month visit or my lab visit the week before. He has helped me lose weight and start decreasing my diabetes medication. Very fortunate that I have been seeing him for a few years now. Previous doctor was just ready to start me on insulin. So glad I found this wonderful staff.

Doctor is fine, office staff is unimaginably awful
I wouldn't wish this office upon my worst enemy. I have had good experiences with the doctor but the staff is unresponsive to voice-mail and portal messages. Lab orders don't get faxed so you show up to the lab and can't get your blood drawn. Call and you will be on hold for over 20 minutes, guaranteed. Just awful. They have you sign a form stating that you won't be rude to the office staff, but I understand why people get upset. My experience has been endlessly frustrating.
