So attentive and sensitive and thorough to address all my concerns

Two years ago I had moved & needed a new family doctor. Met her for an annual. kept brushing my concerns off as a weight issues. I explained my previous doctor had told me she was concerned about ovarian cysts. I had gotten a scan in November & there were 3 cysts on my ovary and 1 was quite big. She cut me off and said something like “I see your scans from an ER visit in August. You’re fine” I was shocked she had cut me off & said I was fine. I thought she misunderstood me. I tried explaining I’d need to get my new scans sent over, & I was still experiencing pain. She told me again “I’m looking and it looks like you’re fine”& brought up my weight again. I attempted to explain but shut down at this point because there’s only so much you can stick up for yourself in a situation like this. I wanted to get up & leave. Surprise, I lost the weight, and guess what?! Im still in severe pain frequently. My doctor now at least listens to me and doesn’t dismiss my symptoms and concerns.

For several years now, our whole family has been visiting Dr. Elina Lipovskiy. She always pays enough attention, patience to all health problems. Dr. Elina Lipovskiy always carries out the correct diagnosis and only then prescribes the correct treatment. We deeply appreciate and are grateful to the doctor for her conscientious work. Dr. Elina is a doctor from God.

Dr. Lipovskiy conducted my annual exam. She listened carefully and made appropriate assessments, helpful recommendations and prudent referrals. I am satisfied to have her as my primary physician.

I was trying to have a question answered by my clinic and a nurse called me and told me that to have Elina answer my question, I had to submit an evisit through the website (this news came to me 10 hours after I made my initial call). I put in the request a while the nurse was on the phone and she told me Elina would answer my question shortly. 24 hours later, I still don’t have a response. I have since switched clinics for a better doctor to patient relationship.
