Not great for first time parents
Be prepared to identify questions in advance as this pediatrician does not typically provide guidance proactively which is especially important for first time parents. You’ll have to do your own research if you want more than weight, height and general updates on your baby’s well-being. We had to self-identify that there were concerns with a flat head and misaligned ears after which she confirmed. From a pediatrician, I expected a little more rigor around a newborn’s wellness exams and definitely more feedback and consideration for those that are first time parents. Great pediatrician if you just want measurements and general exams but I wouldn’t trust her to provide guidance around key milestones or anomalous care.
