Dr. Elina Zeldina, MD

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Elina Zeldina during an extremely delicate time in my life. Despite my HCG levels rising slowly but steadily, and a specialist confirming there were no signs of an ectopic pregnancy, she insisted on treating my case as if it were ectopic without offering alternative options or clearly explaining the steps being taken. Additionally, neither an ultrasound nor a progesterone test was performed early on, which could have allowed for more proactive management. When the gestational sac was finally confirmed in the uterus, she did not offer progesterone supplementation, even though my levels were low, and this could have helped sustain the pregnancy. The lack of communication and preventive approach made me feel ignored and that my care was not a priority. My experience leaves me with the impression that I did not receive the level of attention I deserved. I would recommend seeking a doctor who is more empathetic, proactive, and attentive to the patient’s concerns, especially in sensitive situations like high-risk or complicated pregnancies.

Dr. Zeldina is the most patient, and kind doctor I’ve seen. Ever. I went in for a postpartum check as my doctor was out. She sat with me for almost 30 mins talking. Her office followed up with me TWICE to check on my mental health as a first time mom. They knew I was struggling and wanted to make sure I was okay. You know how many of those GAD forms I filled out at the pediatrician’s office & my previous OB? Not once did anyone from there call to check on my mental health. Dr. Zeldina specifically asked her staff to call me and check on me. It seems so basic but it meant SO much. Anyone blessed enough to live locally should absolutely see her!

Not friendly, fat shamed me. Came in for side pain where I had surgery to remove my ovary.. was not helpful.

She always answered all my questions and concerns, also compassionate.

Dr Zeldina delivered both of my babies via c-section and I couldn’t have been in better hands. She is kind and direct and her confidence in both the exam room and ER helped kept me calm and created such a positive environment. Even the ER staff spoke highly of her and were excited to scrub in with her. Though the practice clearly keeps overwhelming her schedule, I continue to recommend her to everyone that needs a ob/gyn because she’s simply the best. Thank you Dr Zeldina!

I’m sad that on the valley website her reviews are all amazing. So I went in expecting a kind and caring doctor but got robotic responses and a “I know everything” kind of attitude. Was told I’m not far enough along to hear babies heartbeat (10 weeks) when I was able to hear my first at 6 weeks. Not very personable at all.

Dr. Zeldina delivered my baby via C-section and is so rude. She was not helpful in going through what the surgery was like and post op. Before surgery AND after she told me how it was like cheating. What a horrible thing to say to a mother. Do not recommend and will be looking for a new OB

Had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Zeldina. She is truly is in the wrong profession and is so cold and mean. The entire time she was on call while I was getting induced I was praying that my baby was born after her shift. Thankfully my son held on and an angel of a woman named Dr. Gerhardt delivered my child. Avoid!

Refused to let me in with my 16 year old daughter for a consult. Not even to meet here. When appointment was made we confirmed that I could go in with her. When we got here it was a different story. Won’t even commit to talk to me separately. Sent staff out to tell us. Horrible service.

My whole family uses doctor Zeldina. Best doctor out there. Open to questions and I can’t ask for anything more. Nice kind and willing to wake up in the middle of the night for a question.

It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Z and being in her care. She was very thorough and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Answered all my questions and had great Great bed side manners. Very rare in doctors these days. The appointment time was exact and I was seen within 10 minutes. Very clean environment and very friendly staff. Thank you Doctor Z. God bless u.

She is in the wrong profession. She doesn't care about her patients. She's useless too when asked questions. She just wants to be in and out of the appointments and makes you feel like you're wasting her time. AVOID HER.

She was the oncall dr. This was my 3rd baby so thankfully i knew what to expect but none the less you expect some guidance from the Dr when you are delivering. She did not speak to me at all, my eyes were closed and I was asking "is the dr in the room, why isn't she talking to me?" and the nurse would answer for her. After the delivery she was so rough with me while "cleaning up" and then just left, no words of congrats..nothing, this was beyond traumatic! the hospital apologized for her, avoid!

I have delivered 3 children with 2 different doctors. My experience with her was traumatic. I was ready to push and she told me to wait because she as busy. I screamed in pain and she told me to stop. She had zero concern for my pain or comfort. I went back to her office for my 6 week check up and felt anxiety when I saw her again and never went back. STAY AWAY!!
