Awful
Telehealth
I have been a patient at Eliot Behavioral Services for decades. I have had four other providers at this location and I always got a long very well with all of them. With Novotny it is much different. There is an adversarial relationship. She immediately attempted to alter my medication, even though I had absolutely no problem with the existing situation and had had never had any mention from any of my previous providers that something may be wrong with my medication situation. All of the prior providers had far more experience in the mental health field than Novotny. She began to cut one of my medications, that I had used for over 40 years with no problems. This was OK up to a point. She cut the medication to less than a 3rd of what It had been. When I told her that that was enough of a cut, she would not listen to me and insisted that I continue to cut this medication. Her reasons for cutting this medication seemed personal. It had always worked for me. It is her way or no way!!!
