Excellent, Dr Roter is very knowledgeable, she doesn’t waste a lot of time on happy talk. I love the we get down to business immediately. If I do have any further concerns, a simple call to her office is all that is needed. Also calls are returned promptly

Dr Roder was rude, condescending and sarcastic. She acted like she did not believe me and responded with very sarcastic remarks. I am a medical professional myself and would never degrade someone like she did, acted like I was not telling the truth. So unprofessional, she actually had another doctor following her, which is a horrible idea to set her as an example of good medical care

A Good Dr
My appointment was on time, Dr. Roger seemed very knowledgeable, listened to me and made some good suggestions. She is a brisk person, but not uncaring.

Dismissive and unconcerned
Dr. Rotor’s bedside manner is abysmal, but moreover she did not even pretend to listen to my description of actual symptoms, but proceeded to evaluate criteria for a disease which I said plainly I was not experiencing and was not there for. Utter waste of time

Don’t even bother, she’s bad
I have seen a few different rheumatologists over the years and this one is quite bad. Absolutely terrible bedside manner, doesn’t listen, misrepresents what you say (as if she’s trying to “catch you up”) and is short and rude. Treatment I tried in the past did not work, and she appears to throw up her hands and not offer any other thoughts, ideas, or help at all. I’ve tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and another chance but it’s always bad. I do not trust her and do not recommended.

Dr. Roter is a vey compassionate person. After being diagnosed by her, she made sure I had the best of care. I am thankful for her and to have met her. Without her care I would have continued to feel miserable.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Roter . She could have politely said she does not believe I have a Rheumatological condition and made a referral. She could have stopped me from going on describing my symptoms and what exacerbates them instead I described in detail and waisted my time and hers. Wondering why my Dr referred me to such an I compassionate person

Dr Rotor is excellent, I've been seeing her for over 3 years, she listens to all your concerns. Is very patient. I've been getting treated for rhumathoid arthritis & lupus. After being treated by another doctor without any positive results I feel blessed to be one of her patients. Her staff is very friendly too. Bridget is very personable and sweet. You never wait long to see the doctor. It's a wonderful relaxing experience.

I don't understand many of these comments. Dr Rotter is a fine doctor who diagnosed my gout before anyone did. At near 60 yrs old she has helped keep my golf and bowling games on top still. A lot of you people are really sour apples and must be one star patients too. How rude some of you are.

I did not have a good experience with her. She was not friendly. She threw a dianoses at me without doing complete test and it was only the first visit with her. She refused to treat me saying she does not treat for that kind of diagnosis. I have more than one issue going on, she could have treated me for at least one problem, but didn't. I have already been diagnosed with by another doctor, but she apparently did not agree. I have to continue to try to work in agony.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Very rude, arrogant, and dismissive of any symptoms or complaints. Treats based in your labs not how you actually feel it the quality of your life that you're trying to achieve. I've seen a lot of physicians in my life and she's definitely at the bottom of the list. Save your time and your money and do not see her.

She absolutely does not treat her patients with dignity and as partners in their care. She presents herself as caring but only wants one type of patient - easy to diagnose and one med to treat. Does not tolerate questions. Actually lost her temper in appoinment!
