Terrible service. I went in for my annual wellness check. MD asked me if I wanted a flu shot at my visit. I then asked a follow-up question about the COVID shot since I usually get them together. They then decided that since the vaccine was discussed and that isn't part of the wellness visit they would bill me for an office visit and sent me a bill . They also didn't bill the blood test correctly and charged me for that. I have called the billing department 4 times in December once it was answered to dead air the other 3 I left my contact information and never got a call back. I called again today and held for 45 minutes before I finally had to disconnect with no resolution. I guess by never speaking to you about your bill they think they can get away with just trying to make you pay after they bait you into a conversation outside the parameters of the visit.

Provider Good not Excellent
I feel like I have to request her to listen to me. She is so busy looking at the chart that she doesn’t make time for eye contact with the patient.

Like I wrote previously, Dr Edoka listens, studies the problem, and takes action. She gives the feeling of old time doctors that knew you personally and cared about your issues. She’s number one in my book.
