Dr. G is the best doctor I've seen. She hones in on the issues and is very insightful. She has a gift of figuring out what is wrong and going the extra mile to do testing that other doctors would be referring to specialists for. I appreciate the help she has given me over the years.

Doctor and staff are caring and dedicated. Whether in office or via Telehealth, the care is great!

If you are looking for a quaint and intimate old fashioned yet modern doctor’s office, go see Dr. G. She is kind and listens. Her NP is great too! They have a down to earth atttitude and are friendly and care about people. I feel comfortable telling them everything. Dr. Gartenberg is very intelligent. She always knows what’s wrong and knows how to help me.

My specialists that she referred me to have been calling me for weeks as they cannot get a response from this practice. 4 now at this point. I have left many emails, portal messages and phone calls for the past month and I NEVER get responded to. The referrals are incorrect and I get charged cash pay at my specialist appointments that she sends me to as the referrals are incorrect. Constantly getting the runaround and I am very frustrated. This is the most unorganized practice. I am running out of time with my health and cannot be on the back burner for months at a time. I will literally die. Not exaggerating.

Great visit and follow ups. She diagnosed me with a problem that was overlooked by 4 other doctors. I’m very appreciative.

I've been going to Dr. G for over 3 years and I think she is wonderful. She really listens and tries to solve whatever issue is going on in your life. I would highly recommend her.

My husband and I are new to the state and we happened to choose Dr. Gartenberg out of a list of doctors in our area. We are both extremely thankful for the care she's provided us and the referrals she has made. Her staff is also excellent. We appreciate their promptness and professionalism. We also feel grateful for Dr. Gartenberg's caring nature and her willingness to listen and work with us.

I love Dr. Gartenberg. She is warm, caring and thorough. She takes her time and explains everything. She is determined to "get to the bottom" of every health concern and solve it if possible. If the issue is beyond her wheelhouse, she will refer me to a specialist. I highly recommend her for your primary care physician.

The following mission statement from their website failed short for me in how I was treated in an unusual family dynamics moment for 2020 as I was third of the three patients of Dr Gartenberg.  "Modern Family Medicine embraces patients of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, family dynamics, sexual preferences, etc. As a practice, we value diversity and celebrate our unique differences because underneath it all, we are all just the same. We all need a place to belong to and to fit in and not to be pre-judged by others." In the above Mission Statement they state they (  Modern Family Medicine ) value unique differences and embrace family dynamics yet I did not see it. Felt very biased. FJS warmly welcomed me as an extension into his family January 2018 assuring me his family supported our path (as he and his family were warmly welcomed into my family)  I have asked over and over for professional mediation and I am left waiting all this time...very unfair.

Great doctor!

Whatever you do, never mention that you take medical marijuana. She'll lecture you up the wazoo about all of the negatives, and she goes by the old claims that it is a gateway drug, and it's highly addictive, and damaging to the brain. I don't know if she is a good physician. That one visit sent me south, and there is no way I could go back just to be hounded.

We love Dr. G and staff at Modern Family Medicine. They truly care about patients. They know who I am when I call and take extra time to make me feel comfortable. The new staff is great!

Doctors office is in a neighborhood, no one seems to know what going on, the billing lady is only in on Fridays and many Fridays shes not there. So if you have any sort of billing issue, it could take weeks to resolve. They don't respond to emails. Most phone calls go to voicemail even during business hours. Their website is made from a blogging template...literally nothing about this place is professional. When doing a test, I asked the lab guy why I was doing a certain thing and he was like 'lady, all I know is that I mix this with that and I have no idea why...but it supposedly tells us if you have something or not'. What a joke, seriously! I highly doubt this place will be in business very long and unless there is literally no one else available, I'd avoid this place at all costs!

This office is great! We love the new staff! The doctor is brilliant. Our visits are always fun. Plus, they have yummy organic lollipops!
