Dr. Belanger did what she was supposed to do from a strictly medical standpoint for my son and nothing more. She was quite easily the most rude, caustic and abrasive physician I have ever encountered. She managed to not only insult and alienate me but also my son, who was her patient. My son was at a critical point in his illness and she all but shut the door to further treatment at "her clinic" and suggested he find help elsewhere. While Dr. Lauren Roberts had gone out of her way for my son Dr. Belanger made it a point on her very first and only meeting with him to deride him to his face. Such people have no business in the medical profession and I notice she has moved on to another field where, hopefully, she does not come into close contact with patients. I can still recall Dr. Belanger glaring at me from down the hallway of the clinic as I sat waiting for my son who was seeing Dr. Roberts on a visit subsequent to meeting with Belanger. Which planet is she from?

Dr. Belanger does not approach her practice in a professional, trustworthy manner. I would never recommend her services as I repeatedly felt belittled and disrespected in her presence. I felt that she used her position to coerce me to make health decisions I did not want to make, and also used her power to decide what health concerns I was allowed to discuss during my visit.

Worst doctor I’ve ever seen. She doesn’t seem concerned or to care about you at all. She blatantly told me no when I asked for a refill on the same inhaler I’ve had my whole life and told me to just go to the ER instead. How unnecessary ? She has obvious biases. She spent 10 minutes in our first appointment giving me the “dangers of marijuana” speech and spent seemingly no time addressing the issues I came to her with. She cringed when she asked if I was poly(I’m not but that behavior is uncool)

I found her to listen well, be very thorough, and discussed options. She was reassuring, had a good sense of humor and I never felt rushed. I will return.

She didn’t want to listen as soon as I explaining her my situation. She started to formed opinions about how I was feeling before understanding the history and when I told her my opinion she disagreed. She decided to focus on only one possible solution. After all, her diagnosis was wrong, and I never knew what was wrong with me because I never heard anything else from her, and I don’t even want to contact her either. Worst experience and of course I won't be going back to see her.

Dr. Belanger came into the appointment with both guns blazing. She seemed rushed and didn't listen well. She formed opinions about my health condition before understanding the history and when I expressed an opinion she disagreed with she was dismissive and almost argumentative. She also made treatment suggestions that countered what my specialist recommended, such as medications that are not indicated for my condition.

Dr. Belanger doesn't listen well and doesn't see the big health picture. She seems able to focus on only one possible solution to a problem. She seizes on that one answer, regardless of the feedback she's getting from the patient that may contradict it. In my experience, her primary mode of treatment is referring the patient to specialists, even when the problem is relatively simple.

She is very narcissistic and doesn't really care about you, have tried to discuss topics and she doesn't budge or relate to her patients. Won't be going back to see her. Have tried to make it work, had 3 appts and each time she just doesn't work with you.
