Dr. Elizabeth Cappelletti, MD

Went here when I was pregnant and now my medical records will forever been inaccurate because they pressured me to get the TDAP vaccine while pregnant and after weeks of saying no thank you I finally caved due to the pressure and being made to feel like my child would not be safe if I did not get this shot. When I went to my primary care doctor there was no record I had ever been given this shot. Called this office and talked to a nurse who could not find any record of them giving me the vaccine but had record of me saying I didn't want it multiple times. Refused to update my medical file to be accurate due to their own error. Apparently they can't just take my word that they gave me that shot. But they also didn't do their job and write down the batch number for the vaccine or document that it was even given to me. I was given a number to call and make a formal complaint, I left a detailed voicemail and my call was never returned. They must not care that they got nurses and doctors

Dr. Cappelletti is a wonderful doctor and really seems to know her field. However she is very busy. I had and appointment set up months in advance. Four hours before my appointment it was canceled due to an emergency, which I understand. However, they were not willing to give me an apt. in a timely fashion. I was offered an apt. on 10/20/2016 and today is 8/3/2016. Clearing any issue that I was having shouldn't have to wait another 2 plus months.
