BEST doctor I have ever had
Dr. Carstensen is hands down the BEST doctor I have ever had. She is so kind and compassionate and invested in giving the best possible care to her patients. I am so thankful for her and her knowledge to help me get my health in check!

Great Doctor
Dr. Carstensen and her team are great in personal medical care. I have seen her several times over the past couple of years, and she is always attentive to my concerns and past issues that I may have had in-between visits. Also, Dr. Carstensen is very good at getting any medical concerns addressed promptly and giving any references outside of her practices.

Great Collaborator
Dr. Carstensen has seen my husband and me for a few months now. Each visit, she listens to our concerns and discusses the pros and cons of treatment options. She invites us to collaborate and provide input on our medical care. I have recommended her to many people. She is very thorough and an amazing doctor.

Not a good Appointment
Elizabeth didn't talk much about my daughters issue we initially had the appointment for. She wanted to talk more about her belief in Childhood Vaccinations. We spent 35 minutes on her trying to RAILROAD me about her beliefs why Vaccines are good. We still aren't sure about the issue we had, because Elizabeth wanted to push her beliefs down my throat, and not talk about why we were there.

My husband and son have recently been seen by Dr. Carstensen, she is truly amazing . My son has developmental disabilities, she was kind and understanding with him. My husband was seen by her last week, she was very thorough, and we are waiting on testing results from a recent hospital stay. She called to let us know results of a test she had ordered. I am planning to start using her,too. We are more than happy with her and the staff. Refreshing experience seeing a doctor that shows concern and spends quality time with her patients.
