Do not use this Doctor
Dr. Cruz was my primary care doctor for a little under two years due to the limitations of my insurance. During this time, Dr.Cruz failed to take notes about my conditions, prescribed me a dangerously high dose of medication, and laughed at me when expressing medical concerns about weight gain. Her office is unresponsive and does not return calls. At one point they said I had to wait two weeks for the doctor to return from vacation in order to get a prescription refill and didn't help me until I pushed the matter further. She also doesn't really listen to my concerns, she just refers me to a specialist which made me feel like it is more about money than concern for me.If you're desperate like I was, she is a doctor who can prescribe you medication. As far as a doctor who will make you feel safe, well cared for, and reliable, this is not a good choice.
