I like UCI clinic very much

I didn't have a good experience, it was terrible. I grade 8 to be fair with the other staff. I was inside of the room alone for a very long time and it was not a good experience. I was about to live when Dr. Dineen entered in the room. She saw me for about 5 minutes and left with recommendations, which was given to me on a print out. I left with a lot questions and therefore I am very disappointed. I felt that the doctor didn't care. The doctor who did the initial assessment appears to me to have no experience. I felt insecure and couldn't trust him. The entire time he was in the room (probably 15 minutes) he tried to convince me that I should take medication instead of use the alternative supplements that I am taking. The message this doctor sent is that only medicine based on the tradition text book recommendation is well founded. Well, I felt very insecure and uncomfortable with this doctor and I do not want see him again. The reason I began to choose doctors at Susan Samuelis is to avoid medication and get an alternative approach based in science. I have been treated by dr Thivierge and I am very happy with her. So, when a doctor from the same organization contradict the culture, philosophy and the beliefs of the place their work for, it makes the patient feeling very bad. I am very disappointed with my appointment with dr Dineen. She didn't care about me, I was just a number for charge the insurance company. So, I am not feeling okay follow her instructions and probably will not schedule any appointment with the doctor dr. Dinnen recommended. Horrible experience!

The doctor and all of the staff was very helpful. I'm sorry that the doctor is leaving. I understand that her last day is on the 11th. I'm very sorry that I have to get a new provider and that's, that's all I have to say. Thank you.

Dr. Dineen is a very fine doctor and it is a loss for UCI to let her go to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville and I would hope that UCC, in the future, would try to keep its employees that are this fine.

Dr. Dineen is an excellent physician. She is comprehensive, listens and answers questions. I have found her and her staff responsive to any questions regarding test results and appointments. We appreciate the new UCI Samueli Center. It is state of the art and makes the medical appointments feel much more pleasant and state of the art.

The new building is beautiful and peaceful. I didn't wait at all. Thank you.

Dr. Dineen is very delightful doctor. I am sorry she is going to be leaving the UCI Health Care system in two weeks. You need more doctors like her. She was polite, great bed, side manner explained, everything explained, the test that she would be ordering, explained the test that I needed to order. I really am so happy with UCI's staff and doctors! They're really very nice and attentive to their patient's need.

Dr. Dineen's Fellow, Dr. A. Patel provided excellent care by answering all my questions and spending as much time as was needed.

Dr. Dineen is a wonderful doctor and I'm sorry to see her leave. {staff name removed} her assistant is helpful and kind, I was glad to hear that she is the next doctors assistant as well.

The staff members are very cheerful and helpful. All of the doctors and fellows I have seen at UCI are excellent. They are knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend UCI for top-notch health care.
