This Dr I have been using forever only because I used the dr before her that sold his practice. She’s more interested in nickeling and dining through appointments every 3 months that shouldn’t be required than the actual health and well-being of her patients.

Dr Hill and staff have always been very caring and helpful. She takes her time with each patient and gives good explanation of diagnosis. Love her, my kind of doctor.

When you have called to determine how to work without insurance and need to have bloodwork done, because they choose to hold prescriptions HOSTAGE to force you to pay them for the luxury, it's wrong. Ask the question why, the response is a non-answer, same if there is a finding, refer out immediately. I've called twice, one callback, no answers afterward. Oh, why did you bill my spouse a noshow fee, it was impossible, they were in the hospital, answer that.

Dr. Hill is a good doctor and it's easy to get an appointment with her quickly. Unfortunately, her office is difficult to deal with if you have an HMO plan. Expect to wait a long time for a referral to a specialist, and before you go to the appointment with that specialist, double-check that Dr. Hill's office actually sent the referral. I don't know if other offices have this problem but I personally will look elsewhere for a primary care provider.

Listens gives more than on action for a problem when available. Shows a genuine concern.
