Severe sepsis
I had good dependable care from her. She was on time and took time to care for me. And I am still alive a year later.

What a horrible scary experience to get a MSSA infection post op from an ankle surgery. I'd never even heard of MSSA, only MRSA. Enter Dr. Betsy, infectious disease superhero. At a time when I was facing possible ankle amputation from the MSSA infection, Betsy took as much time as I needed to explain, educate and reassure me about MSSA, Methicillin Sensitive Staph Aureus, MRSA's evil cousin as she put it. The infectious disease office staff are top notch and super efficient. Thank you so much!

Dr. Kleiner, or as her patients call her, Betsy, is the absolute BEST. She’s followed me for months - saw me through my hospital stay, and then through IV antibiotics, for MRSA. She’s very knowledgeable, and always knows just what to do. I truly value her opinion, and know I’m in good hands. She takes the time to address all of your concerns, and knows just how to put your worries at ease. She’s a genius in her field! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone fighting through infection.
