Disrespectful
My grandchild was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Dr. Little John is very rude and disrespectful when you have questions for her. She makes my daughter and I nervous to ask for help.

Excellent doctor. Poor office policies.
My daughter has had diabetes for 10 yrs starting at 7. Now she is 17 and a senior in high school. She finally is trying to keep A1C in check and we were so excited to meet with littlejohn & let her see all the hard work to stay healthy. I called a while ago & had to cancel her appt because she came home from work vomiting the night before. She still had a fever and dry heaves in the am so I cancelled. Called today to get appt made. They scheduled it then 2 min later I get a call back and was told she is no longer a patient there and that they couldn't recommend a new doctor and hung up. I called back because I had questions, I was put on hold & 20 min later I realized they were not going to answer my call. This is the rudest thing I've ever heard of. 10 years we have been dealing with this office & these doctors & the $ & they acted like we did something terrible. She's devistated. I still can not believe it. Way to go Sparrow. Geez.
