Dr Pollard is a very pleasant, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. Dr Pollard made my ENTIRE process worth going through. I was scared and a total basket case. Dr Pollard and her nurse Kay made my life worth wanting to fight for. I was ready to go up against cancer after my first visit. I LOVE DR POLLARD AND HER TEAM! THANK Y'ALL

Dr Pollard does not rush the appointment but takes the time to thoroughly explain test results. She asks questions and gives me the opportunity to ask questions while thoroughly explaining.

Dr. Pollard was very kind and reassuring to me even though my diagnosis was not what I would have liked. She explained everything and answered my questions very honestly, but with lots of reassurance.

Dr. Pollard has always demonstrated her concern for me and the condition she is treating me for by listening, and giving me the time necessary to describe whatever symptom and concerns I have. Dr. Pollard takes the time to talk with me in terms I understand when breaking down lab results, and test and the questions she ask are probing to seek the source for my condition, not just following a checklist in her effort to reveal, treat, and cure said condition. She does this without causing me to feel as though I'm rushed or, on the clock and she is pressed for time. I appreciate her always allowing me the space to ask questions about whatever I have an interest and concerns for treatment and prescriptions.
