She listens, takes her time, does what she says she'll do (calling in prescriptions, ordering diagnostics, calling with test results), and she is extremely quick in her responses to patient portal emails. I once sent a message about needing a medicine that a different doctor (one time visit) had ordered. Within two hours, my pharmacy was texting to say that my medicine was ready for pick up! I am a former ICU BSN RN and think she's fantastic! Bastrop is blessed to have her!!

Dr Pollock was able to take me on the day I called in with my illness complaints. She promptly diagnosed my illness and prescribed medication. I was feeling better by that evening. I was grateful she could see me on that day.

If you need to see a doctor anytime in the near future this isn’t the place to call. I’ve called twice and left my name and number and still haven’t received a call back. Dr. Pollock is great if you can get in to see her.
