I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL FOR THE LAST WEEK TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I stay on the phone EVERY TIME to TRY TO talk to someone in person for twenty minutes and when I am next in line they transfer me to an answering machine. I’ve left 5 messages. No one EVER calls me back!!! Does anyone even work in this office?!?!!? I’m fed up!!! How about returning messages!!!!! Horrible!!!!

Poor explanations of decision making. Did not listen and disregarded symptoms and change of symptoms. No plan to be well and come off of meds, only a plan to be on meds for life. Dosage was not appropriate for symptom and lab history. She only looked at recent labs instead of the history and behavior of the condition. I will not see or recommend to anyone. I have selected another Doctor.

One of the best experiences ive had with a doctor! Dr Wallace is upfront, consise, & compassionate. Took the time to get to know me and go over each part of my labs, explaining what everything was. She reassured me of some health anxiety without making me feel silly. Office staff was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. An efficient, reassuring, & quick experience. I highly recommend Dr Wallace to anyone with thyroid or other hormone issues!
