I was very disappointed with the care I received from Dr Washburne. She didn’t respect or feel the need to listen to or take in any of my concerns. Dr Washburne and many others like her are the reason why so many women in my community are seeking midwives/home delivery births. I am looking for a doctor with great bedside manner and someone who doesn’t speak to me like I am a dumb log on the wall! Thank you Dr Fergerson for hearing me out on yesterday 6/15 and kindly explaining and putting my concerns at ease. You don’t know how much that means to have a doctor that listen and try to educate on any given matter vs a doctor rudely just telling you yes or no to shut you up. She truly did not care to have me in that room. I had a bad birth experience at Wesley for my second child and I do not plan on going through anything like that again. I will be following up with another physician respectfully.
