Avoid Dr. Zambricki
Had a horrible experience with Dr. Zambricki. Her knowledge on a symptom of my condition was outdated and she didn't even listen to the history of my complaint in any real way, just waited until I was done to tell me nobody could help me and nothing could be done. I had a eustachian tube dysfunction, a blockage that has now been cleared thanks to real medical help. I suffered many more months before that happened for no reason. Worse, Dr. Zambricki added extremely offensive information to my patient notes that had nothing to do with my ears, my nose, or my throat. Please avoid Dr. Zambricki for your own sake.

Dr. Zambriki totally fooled me into thinking that the camera she needed to use to better see into my throat was routine. I ended up with a $1036 bill from the camera she used for a total of 30 seconds. Before she used the camera (which I had no idea would be considered and charged as a surgical procedure) she quickly asked me to tilt my head back so she could insert it, without asking me to sign any form of consent. She spent a total of 12 minutes with me in the appointment, only to tell me there was nothing she could do. My issue is tonsil stones. If I am able to look into a mirror with a light and see them, how was she not able to see anything with the camera? Dr. Zambriki wanted to spend as little time as possible with me, and also wanted to make sure I was charged for a procedure.Unprofessional and unethical. Ive called the office about this and they say I signed a form of consent before entering the exam room. I’ve asked them to mail this to me and it has yet to be delivered...

I thought I suffered sudden deafness in my right ear and it was my good fortune that Dr Zambricki had the 'duty' and was able to see me at 5pm the same day. I was impressed with her professionalism and skill. She was interested in my welfare and truly seemed to care as to my ear issue. Oh, by the way, it was wax and she mined a bunch out of both ears and I could hear again. Not bad for an 84 year old geazer. Go see her, you won't regret it.

My son is 13 years old and has had chronic bouts with socked in sinuses and raging sore throat. Dr. Zambricki came highly recommended to us and so we scheduled an appointment to meet with her. My husband, son & were immediately impressed with her kind demeanor. Our first impression has been validated and confirmed in how caring, thorough and highly skilled Dr. Zambricki is. We are most grateful for her exceptional care. Her staff is superior as well.
