Nearly killed me!
Telehealth
This “provider” is rapidly cutting me off my lifelong anxiety medication, clonazepam and refuses to give refills even a day early. So a couple days ago I went to get my 2 weeks supply, had 1, 1mg tablet left. Showed it to the pharmacy tech who said she would fill it but Serrano literally has in her notes to never refill me even a DAY early. So I had the WORST panic attack of my entire life. I had a mini mal seizure dealing with DFCS lying constantly and saying it’s “the DEA” that is why I can’t get a 2 weeks supply… a day early. There is no law or anything that says this. I will be filing a grievance. I will be filing a lawsuit. And I will be getting this incredibly rude with no bedside manner or empathy “provider” to stop practicing medicine if it’s the last thing I do! Would give 0 stars if I could. She’s so cold and uncaring and doesn’t care about her patients, straight up. It wasn’t until after I got my refill that I was able to BREATHE basically. I could’ve DIED!
