Inconsiderate and Unprofessional
If I could give zero stars, I would. This provider is awful and inconsiderate. I was told that I had to reschedule because I was 5 minutes late after I drove almost 40 miles, one way, to go to an appointment with Dr. Ellegant Pearson. I arrived a few minutes early to the building and lot, but was five (5) minutes late arriving at the check-in desk because the entire parking lot was full, AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. I had to park and then walk a block back to the building. I could not believe I was told to reschedule, even though all of my information and history was already done online. I was told that Dr. Pearson, herself, wanted me to reschedule. SERIOUSLY?? Five minutes late because, as I'm sure Dr. Pearson knew, the entire parking lot was full…probably like that every day. Unbelievable inconsideration. I couldn't believe my ears. I will DEFINITELY not be rescheduling for such an unprofessional and inconsiderate provider.

Best MD I have ever been to. Dr. Pearson is attentive, caring, and has amazing bed side manner. So happy I have her as my primary.
